With Eric back in town from Oregon (hopefully for good), he wants to take a day with Carter to make up for being out of town for work. So we went to the store last night and got two necessary items: a life jacket and a fishing pole. Every time we go fishing, Carter will usually just help us with our poles, but I think he can handle his own, smaller version. Of course, it's Disney's Cars.
So they will head out on their own today.....father/son bonding time. Maybe I will send Eric with the little back-up camera and see what he comes back with. ;)
Carter says he will be catching FIVE fish.....we'll see about that!!!
Other than that, we have a very busy weekend planned. This evening after work, we are heading to Dairy Days. I have a wedding to shoot tomorrow afternoon. And Sunday, we are taking Carter to his first circus. We haven't told him about the circus yet - it's a suprise. But knowing his love of everything to do with animals, I'm sure he's going to be THRILLED! I'm excited to see his reaction.
