Mike & Brittany {wedding}

I shot this couple's wedding a while back out at Indian Creek Winery. I just love that place. The lighting is totally ideal and the atmosphere is just a lot of fun. This couple was really creative, as the groom has his own photography/videography business. And apparently he used to model - he kept telling the bride what he was doing in each shot, etc. Here are some samples from their big day!

Yellowstone/Billings Vacation - Part IV

Once we hit Billings, it was time for some major R&R. Traveling with two young children takes its toll, that's for sure.  Dana and Veronica live a couple blocks from a nice park and school, so we took the kids over there one afternoon to play.

 The majority of our time was spent at the water park.

 Carter and Veronica had quite the water fight!

 No, he didn't fall off the scooter.....he was cold, so I told him to lie down on the pavement to get warm.
 Someone thought she was pretty slick stealing my sunglasses.

We also went to the zoo one day.  It's quite small compared to the Boise Zoo, but the animals were fun!
 They had peacocks wandering around the whole place.
 They also had some massive clydesdales, who were quite friendly.

They had two wolves, which were pretty cool.
 Kendall was obsessed with the tiger.
 Admiring the bears.

 We also ventured over to Lake Elmo, which is just a mile or so from Dana and Veronica's house.
 The kids had a great time splashing around.
And we even let Guinness sneak in to swim.  Dogs were only allowed in the water at certain sections of the lake.
 A couple of the nights, after the kids went to bed, the adults had several challenges at Trivial Pursuit.  We all love that game and are SLIGHTLY competitive.....those were some late nights!

That Sunday, we packed up the kids and headed home through Bozeman (awesome little town!) and through the outskirts of Yellowstone. It was a LONG drive....Kendall wasn't too happy to be strapped into the carseat again. By the time we got home, I was more than ready to get to work Monday morning. But it was a fantastic vacation and I'm glad we got to spend so much time with Dana and Veronica.

Up next, the baby shower!
