This shoot was literally crammed into about 28 minutes before rain hit. Fortunately, we front-loaded the shoot, so by the time the rain finally sent us running, we had everything we needed!

If you remember my previous posts about this couple, they have been on the adoption journey for quite some time now. Like, years. Their dreams finally came true when this little man came into their life.

Casey & Kristi {family}

This is another family I have been shooting for since the kiddos were much younger. And another set of well-behaved kiddos, to boot! I always love doing pictures for this family because we spend more time laughing than actually taking pictures. 

Cory & Darian {wedding}

I have looked forward to this wedding since the moment I met this couple. I shot their good friends' wedding a while back, and Cory was the officiant. Cory actually grew up with my brother, so it was one of those moments where it was like "hey, you look familiar, how do I know you?" and from there, it was set in stone that I would be doing Cory and his fiance's wedding. The ceremony took place up at Blackhawk on the River in McCall, Idaho. I know....a fall wedding in the mountains of McCall? Sign me up! The day was gorgeous, and the weather held out perfectly. It was a wonderful day and definitely my favorite wedding this year.
