Day 3 was quite the day! We decided to take a deep sea whale watching adventure. Carter and Kendall struggled a little bit with the boat, while I got sicker than sick. Never again! For the most part, the kids had a great time though.
Part of the trip included crabbing, which was something Carter very much wanted to do. He had a blast holding the crabs and learning about them.
After we got back onto land and settled our stomachs, we checked out a few other places nearby.
Yaquina Head Lighthouse and State Park
Devil's Punchbowl, filling up as high tide got closer.
All the arguing/bickering/whining sure wears them out! ;)
As we got back to the beach house, we noticed a wonderful sunset, so we grabbed our chairs and spent more time at the beach.
