Sunday morning, we got up before the crack o'dawn to head down to the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic for the early launch. There were a ton of people and it was a little chilly, but the kids had a blast checking out the balloons as they were inflated and taking off. Such a fun time! I remember going to this as a kid, so I wanted my kids and Easton to enjoy the experience. We took lots of warm blankets and donuts.
After the balloons, everyone went home and took some serious naps! Later in the day, we all gathered back at mom and dad's house for pizza, drinks, and games.

The long weekend wouldn't be complete without a few of these!!
It was really a great weekend visiting with the family. As Sunday evening drew to a close, we all sat out on the patio, wrapped in blankets, re-living stories from long ago.....most of which included many belly laughs. My favorite kind of night!
