These hot temps in Boise sure make us run for the mountains! Not that it's any cooler up there, but there's a river and mountain air, and those beat out the city heat any day of the week! My parents are up camping for a couple of weeks, so we joined them for a day trip and let the kiddos play around in the water. I was forced to get out into the middle of the river......twice. After you lose feeling in your legs, it isn't so bad. ;)
We finally figured out why life jackets have those hooks on them! OMG I can just hear Kendall's giggle now.
