Walking up to this shoot, I saw something that totally broke my heart - one of the old warehouses with these AMAZING blue doors had recently been demolished to make room for some new condos. NO!! Those blue doors were one of my favorite things to use for downtown shoots. Ugh! I wish they had saved them - I'm sure there are many other photographers in the Boise area who are going to be just as bummed as me when they find out what happened. Regardless, we still managed to have a great shoot. This family is incredible - SIX kids who are so incredibly well-behaved. They make my job SO easy.

Jason & Brandie {family}

I met up with Jason and Brandie, and of course their little girls, about a week ago. It was a gorgeous morning and we had this location all to ourselves. It was such a fun shoot as both little girls have great little personalities.

Jake & Kelsie

Jake and Kelsie are both from Alaska, and eloped before moving here to Idaho. They didn't really get a chance to do any engagement or wedding pictures, so these pictures were like their first pictures as a couple. So cute! We had quite the time battling a massive homecoming group for picture spots during this shoot. Note - removing 30+ high school kids during the editing process is intense!

Kathryn Albertson Park is SLAMMED this time of year with fall family shoots. The day we did this shoot, there were so many people. Definitely not the vibe I like at my shoots, but hey, you take what you can get. The gorgeous colors in the trees did not disappoint!
