Boiling Springs Camping Weekend #2

We were back at it for a second weekend of fall camping. We had a little bit of rain this weekend, but that made for an adventure of piling into my parents' trailer to wait out the storm. So many big belly laughs this weekend. We had a bigger group and a lot going on, including listening to the BSU game around the fire as we have done for so many years.

It's time for fall camping! We wait all year for this...chilly mornings/evenings and gorgeous, sunny afternoons. We had a smaller group this weekend, and spent a lot of time relaxing.

Fall Camping - Round 3

The final weekend up at Boiling Springs sure was a pretty one. Great weather, with quite the star show at night! The kids joined us Saturday to help break down camp and get everything back to town. Sure is sad to see it go, but we always look forward to next year!

Fall Camping - Round 2

Another weekend in Boiling Springs...I could get used to this!  Not as much rain this weekend, thankfully.  Loving the warm days and crisp nights.  We cranked up the BSU game on the radio Saturday while some rounds of cornhole were being played.  We also celebrated Koji's 6th birthday, and had a feast of a dinner Saturday evening.  Lots of great music around the campfire, and a really pretty drive.

Fall Camping - Round 1

Fall camping is the best camping. The mornings are crisp. The days are warm-ish. The evenings are perfect for campfires, s'mores, good music, and more belly laughs than we can count. We weren't able to get to Boiling Springs for fall camping last year due to the fires, so this year, everyone was more than ready to get back up there. We had the best time! There was rain each day - some days more than others. There's nothing better than laying in the tent and listening to the raindrops. What a time to be alive!
