Sometimes, that's just the way it goes. Early on in January, when we normally head up for our annual sledding adventure, there just wasn't enough snow. So we waited...and waited...and waited some more. Finally, the first weekend in MARCH, we were able to make it happen. It was a warm day, with everyone quickly peeling off their layers. No fire needed. A full buffet of lunch and goodies. A good day was had by all!
Dusty Slay is one of our favorite comedians and when we heard he was coming to Boise, it was a no-brainer! We had such a great night...drinks and dinner before the show and then walked over to the Egyptian.
When your word of the year is "cozy", you throw on a flannel, grab your best girl, and go get your nails done.
Randy's girls head back home tomorrow, but we have been up to the usual shenanigans. Piper got her first tattoo - a ladybug. Dana and Tess came over to ring in the new year, and somehow, we "old folks" lasted until 4am! It's been a really fun couple of weeks.
