Back at it! We asked the kids if they really wanted to stay in town for the 4th, or if they would rather camp. Camping won. Duh. There were A LOT of people up in the mountains this weekend, but we held strong to our spot and had another wonderful time.
The downside to club ball is having to literally block out weekends to do something that isn't softball. Like camping! We had two weekends in a row where we didn't have any tournaments. We even skipped some practices - don't tell the coach! We had a wonderful first weekend up in Lowman. Just what we all needed.
Randy's girls were able to come up to Idaho for a visit again this summer. We had a good time with them, and excited to see them again for the wedding!
